The selected candidate will primarily focus on:
·         Chip integration, Architecture, Design, and Silicon Validation of sensor interface ICs
·         Lead  Design, simulation, modeling and silicon validation of IOs including ESD
·         Supervise closely IC circuit/mask designers, provide floorplan and layout guidelines
Floor planning, place and route, clock tree insertion, power estimation, IRDROP analysis, and physical verification of digital blocks
·         Providing technical guidance to layout, application, and validation engineers
·         Create thorough specifications, review documents, and follow established design flow to maximize first silicon success
·         Support lab characterization of silicon
Take designs through productization
·         Work with cross functional teams

·         BS or MS in Electrical Engineering
·         6+ years of design experience in CMOS analog / mixed-signal circuit Design
Solid knowledge of engineering fundamentals and analog design is a must
·         Strong knowledge of high-speed digital I/O design
·         Experience in low power, high performance precision analog mixed-signal designs
·         Experienced with design/simulation/verification tools including Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, UltraSim
·         Familiar with layout/extraction/back-end tool such as Cadence, Caliber, etc
·         Demonstrated experience in mentoring designers
·         Strong hands-on experience in the lab with silicon validation, debugging, characterization and bring up
Familiar with silicon verification and debugging using test modes, micro-probing, and FIB experiments, etc
·         Experience in system level design, signal processing tools such as Matlab and Simulink is a plus.
·         Knowledge of mixed-mode simulation using Verilog-A is a plus
·         Organizational skills with attention to details
·         Good communications skills
